I gave this set of lights a 5 star rating only because they would fit great in area that isn’t as dark as our is at night. We live in the country on 5 acres where there are no street lights and the only natural lighting is the moon and the stars. Nights are often so dark that you, literally, can’t see your hand in front of your face. The assembly was very easy and the battery life worked well, but these lights just aren’t bright enough for our property. Although they did supply some lighting around them, it was not enough for any of the areas I tried them in. It was basically a spot of light in the dark, but didn’t illuminate much around them.
These are warm lights that are less bright and may work out for your situation, but they did not work for ours. So, I decided to return them and ordered cool lights to try.

Great product. We’ll made, long lasting charge, nice soft light. Perfect for pathways, hanging baskets, around borders and as accents.

You worry that something relatively inexpensive may turn out to be shoddy. But I was delighted to see how sturdy and well-crafted these were. They’re made in China, and you wonder if America could ever make these as well at the same price. They come in pieces, but they are easy to assemble and do so with a satisfying firmness that will keep them all together, even in bad weather. These have no on or off switch; they’re on when darkness falls. But, unlike some lights we have, you can easily replace the batteries on these. So you can extend their life indefinitely. Now, the light is not strong in the sense it will flood your walkway with light. Instead, they will show you where the boundaries of your path are so you, or a guest, walking in the dark will have no trouble finding their way. They look neat and add a crisp appearance. ONE TIP: the instruction leaflet says not to use a hammer ¡ª I take that to be a metal hammer. And that makes sense. But I have a rubber mallet and that works perfectly to drive the pointed stakes into the ground firmly. So, if you can get your hands on a rubber mallet, this will make the installation so much easier, with your poles solidly embedded in the ground with no damage to the poles.

So happy with these!! I ordered a pack of 12 and each of them work. You have to assemble the lights to the poles, and remove the orange strip inside of the light for the LED to work. They¡¯re super sturdy. You can pull them out of the ground without them breaking off from the pointy end or breaking in half (my lights from Lowe¡¯s did this).

Very cute, as long as you follow the instructions, it¡¯s very easy and simple to put together. I also followed the recommendation to put water to soften the soil for the pointy part of the lights and it was smooth sailing from there!

So far so good!! I love these solar lights, after reading many reviews and looking through various options I finally decided on these and I couldn¡¯t be happier. No complaints, assembly was quick and easy.

These are exactly what I was looking for!. I¡¯ve had these in the ground for several months now. Good quality, especially for the price. They have a sturdy base which was great during installation. I¡¯ve purchased others and have had the stem crack during installation, but not these. I used a rubber mallet and all of them went in with ease. They have a perfect glow, not dim at all but not overpowering either. I absolutely love how they¡¯ve improved the look of the yard! They last through the night and are still glowing before the sunrise.

I delayed writing this review for six weeks to assess the durability of these lights. They have endured several heavy downpours and hot, sunny days without any issues. Thus far, their performance has been flawless, with no defects. The lights provide a warm ambiance to our pathway and appear more upscale than their actual cost suggests. In comparison to costly hardwired lighting, even if these lights were to fail annually, I would still find them to be a cost-effective solution for years to come.
